We want you to be completely delighted with Karna Kreative. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how we handle subscription cancellations and refund requests.

1. 14-Day Free Trial

We offer a full 14-day free trial on our Starter, Professional, and Agency subscription plans. No credit card is required to begin your trial. You will not be charged unless you actively choose to upgrade to a paid plan.

2. Cancellation Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time with zero penalties or cancellation fees directly from your account billing settings. Once cancelled, your subscription remains active until the end of your current prepaid billing cycle, after which you will not be billed again.

3. Refund Requests

If you experience technical issues connecting your Google Business Profile that our engineering team is unable to resolve within 7 business days, or if you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at chandnicontently@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge date for a full refund.
