• We never sell, rent, or transfer your Google user data to third-party advertising brokers.
• Your Google authorization tokens are securely encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.

2. Information We Collect

When you register for an account or fill out our contact form, we may collect personal information including your name, company name, email address, phone number, and location management details.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain our Google Business Profile automation platform.
• Draft and schedule review responses and Google Posts per your instructions.
• Send administrative notifications, review alerts, and monthly performance reports.

4. Data Deletion & Retention

You may revoke Karna Kreative's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account Security settings or by contacting our support team at chandnicontently@gmail.com. Upon account cancellation, all stored profile tokens and cached reviews are permanently deleted within 30 days.
