This 5-minute quickstart guide walks you through connecting your Google Business Profile, configuring your AI brand voice, and scheduling your first promotional post.
Step 1: Connect Your Google Profile
Go to Settings → Integrations inside your dashboard and click Connect with Google. Authorize access using the Google account that manages your business listings.
Step 2: Set Your AI Brand Tone
Select your primary brand voice:

Step 3: Configure Review Reply Rules
We recommend enabling auto-replies for 5-star ratings without text, while routing all reviews below 4 stars to your Pending Review Inbox for human review before publishing.
